Frequently Asked Questions

  • We accept all forms of payment with the exception of checks. 

    All deposits are non-refundable immediately. Only deposits will secure services. After 7 days of payment, funds are non-refundable.

    All shoots require a deposit to hold the date on our calendar. Weddings must be paid in full 30 days in advance and all other shoots paid in full 1 day prior to the session. 

    Weddings require a 30% deposit to be officially booked. All other shoots will require 20% deposit to be booked. 

    We accept Debit/Credit and CashApp for payments.

    All deposits are non-refundable and all payments are non-refundable after 5 days. 

    If on a payment schedule, all payments received 5-10 days late will be assessed a $50 late fee to the next bill. All payments 11 or more days late will receive a $75 late fee added every 11 days. 

  • Wedding portraits take time and detail to edit. Please allow 14 business days to receive proofs. During high wedding season, expect proofs in 20-25 business days.

    If you have purchased an album, you have 60 days after your event to choose your images. After the 60 days you must repurchase your album at full price to receive your album.

    For Lifestyle, Newborn, Maternity and Events, please allow 2 weeks to receive your images.

  • Once you agree to hire me as your photographer, you are agreeing to allow me to post any images from your shoot on my social media pages to market my skills and abilities. Images are entered into contests without first asking the client for permission, I ask that you do the same. 

    I will generally post on my website, Facebook, and Instagram. 

  • Client should arrive to photoshoot, dressed (including hair and makeup) and ready to shoot.

    Timeliness is imperative for the smooth execution of each session. Additional time will not be added to a session, in the event of tardiness.

    A grace period of up to 15 minutes will be given for each session. After 15 minutes, clients will incur a charge of $15.  After 30 minutes, session will be cancelled and client will forfeit payment for the session. Also please keep in mind, if you are late to your session, you are forfeiting some of your session time. Your session time starts at the agreed upon time for your session, not when you arrive.

  • In the event of severe weather or rain, the photographer will communicate with the client to discuss if rescheduling a shoot is necessary. Clouds or lack of sunshine are not reasons to cancel. Rain, snow, sleet, ice, high winds, and heat advisories are reasons to cancel a shoot.

    All other cancellations will result in no refund of payments received.
